About Me

Originally from Canada, I graduated with a BSc.(Hons) in Nutrition from Western University and completed my  Dietetic Internship at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. After working as a pediatric Dietitian in multiple specialties and running a private practice, I transitioned to industry following my MBA from Ivey Business School 

Since moving to Switzerland in 2010, I have provided nutrition and marketing consulting to individuals, families, and corporations for the past 15 years. In 2024 I graduated with an MSc. In Nutritional Medicine from the University of Surrey in the UK and I am a UK  Associate Registered Nutritionist.

In my free time I enjoy traveling and taking advantage of the beautiful outdoors of Switzerland - downhill skiing and hiking. In 2023 I reached a personal goal and completed my first 10km race with the support of an amazing group of women. Now an empty nester, I always have new photos of my dog Cosmo to share with anyone who is interested.
